Printing help file?

Folks,

A while back (version 2.x I believe) I went to the trouble of printing each section of the help file to mutiple PDF files and then combined them into one large PDF in order to learn how to use Control Manager without having to be in front of my computer.

Rather than go through all of that again, is there a quicker way to print the entire help file in one shot so I can learn to use Control Manager?
