Pacific Fighters .cmc

Pacific Fighters ships with many important keys un-mapped so I've added these keys to MichaelCHProd's excellent IL-2:FB .cmc file. You will of course have to map these commands in Pacific Fighters but hopefully the suggestions I've made will save you a little time trying to decide what keys to use for these new commands. (I've also added a few that were user definded from IL-2:FB) The commands I've added are:
