Hi I was wondering if any of the current joysticks maps out there are realistic? Being that I love playing Falcon4 SP3 for the realism and according to the box the fighterstick is modeled off of the F-16 stick, I would like the most realistic button pushing I can get. Though after several years of flying on one map it's going to be tough changing i'd still like to do it for the realism factor. Tanks for any help.
Oh yeah, just bought the Fighterstick USB and the Pro Throttle USB and the USB Pro Pedals will be bought soon. I had the gameport versions of these sticks before so i'm quite familiar with them....well mostly a few buttons did change-hopefully for the better.

I've just completed a .cmc file which holds every command in Falcon 4.0 SP3, I'll post it up once I've tested it. I'll be using it to create a profile (or two) but if you want the real F16 layout you might want to take a look at this (http://www.xflight.de/f16/) site. In the menu on the left click on 'Original' then 'Parts' where you will find diagrams of the 'SSC' (the stick) and the 'TQS' (the throttle) Hope that helps <s>

Yep that'll help a bit. I can probably get the info I want here but being that i'm in the backshop it will take a lot of work trying to find out. Tanks for your help. Can't wait to see the map you make with all the commands. I'll probably wind up using that one.

I've uploaded the Falcon 4.0 SP3 .cmc to the jet sims cmc forum and also created a basic profile (uploaded to the jet sims profiles forum) based on the layout that was originally provided on the Falcon 4.0 CD for the older gameport CH Fighterstick and Pro Throttle. It does'nt come close to using the 412 commands that SP3 uses (yes I counted them! ) so I may do another that uses the modes capability on the sticks.

wow 412, that's awesome, it just serves as a reminder that when you think you know everything in this game...you don't.
