Pacific Fighters profile FSPTPP

This profile for Pacific Fighters using the Fighterstick, Pro Throttle and Pro Pedals uses commands added to MichaelCHProd's excellent IL-2:FB .cmc file as Pacific Fighters ships with many important keys un-mapped so I've added these keys as well as a few extra user defined keys from IL-2 that carried over to Pacific Fighters. You will have to map these commands in Pacific Fighters to use some of the new commands in this profile.

The commands I've added are:
