Falcon 4.0 SP3/SP4 cmc file

This .cmc file is intended to be used with Falcon 4.0 SP3 or SP4 (Key commands are the same). It contains every command available in the Superpak 3 and 4 add-on for Falcon 4.0 so the only problem you'll face making a profile is where to put the 412 commands contained in this file :D
