Does that mean I pressed to hard and broke something in the mounting plate?

Rather than trouble shoot a number of components we like to get the sim gear back out to the Sim Player. :thumbsup:

So they replace the sub-assembly that contains the problem. Then later on when you are back lighting people up :evil: we take the sub-assembly apart and try to find exactly where the failure occured.

It does you no good if it is sitting here at the factory. :cheers:

Man, with an attitude like this from the manufacturer, Its no wonder you have the reputation that you do.

Great stuff.. this has really cemented CH as my choice for my new controllers.. shuld be placing an order within 2 weeks.

Im really interested to see a response from you, micheal, in my post re: warranty in the general forum.

My feeling exactly!!! That&#39;s why after more than 10 years of being a CH customer, I am still coming back!!! Superb customer service!!

(I hope I can afford some pedals this year!!)
