Allegience cmc file

This .cmc file is for Microsoft's Allegience, an old space sim given a new lease of life since Microsoft released the source code and made the game available free. There are a number of commands that are not mapped automatically in the game but I have left the commands in the .cmc file incase you wish to map them yourself.
