I've run out of axis to use for Lock On. I have the FS, PP, PT and TQ. I'd like to map one of the TQ levers for trim roll (pitch and yaw are already mapped) but I've found that LOMAC doesn't like to remember axis assignments on a second controller. It keeps "forgetting" them. How do I emulate another axis (let's call it axis "F") thru scripting? I'm mapping the axis trim right in game.

I hope I explained this right.......................

Hi Ruggbutt,

Emulating the axis isn't a problem, you just need to feed the numbers to a CMS axis and then send the CMS axis out to one of the CM Device axes in the GUI. I suspect, though, that what you're really looking for is an additional axis on CM Device 1. If you're using XP and already have 8 (X, Y, Z, R, U, V, Slider 0 and Slider 1) then there is no way. Under Win98 the limit is 6. After that you need to start assigning them to the second controller and if the sim doesn't want to remember axes on the second controller, I don't really know any workaround for it.

Best regards,

I was afraid of that. :(
