Radio Commands in LOMAC

I'd like to map one hat movement to tell my wingman to turn jammers on (\ F1 F5 F1), then when I hit the switch again I'd like it to tell him to turn jammers off (\ F1 F5 F2). How do I go about doing this?

WM_Jammers_On \ F1 F5 F1 <----Normal Action
WM_Jammers_Off \ F1 F5 F2 <----Shifted Action
