I saw the sticker on the box that said..
"Official U.S. Navy Recruiting Simulator"
and I thought this might be cool. To be honest it is a good time, the roll rate in game is great and you can tell that retail release was an after thought when you look at the commands and the Pilot Checklists in the manual. B)
All I needed after installation on my Windows XP rig was to set the game to run in Windows 98 Compatibility mode and I was off.
