CH Flight Sim Yoke USB & Pro Pedals

Has anyone made a CMC for FS2004 and one for the new Falcon 4.0 SP4 for the CH Flight Sim Yoke USB and Pro Pedals? I have just downloaded the CH Product Control Manager Version 3.0 and am totally intimidated by it at this point and hoping someone would have created these CMC's already. Thank you.

Look for MFS 2004 under Civilian Sim and Falcon 4.0 under Jet Sim.
