Have you had a good experience with a retailer when buying your CH kit? why not help others who may browse this forum who are thinking of buying one by recommending a retailer you trust.

I highly recommend RC Simulations (http://www.rcsimulations.com/) who are based in Bristol in the UK but I believe they ship worldwide. I've ordered a number of flight sim gear from them over the past few years and every time they have delivered quickly and given me great customer support. Anyone who has visited their shop will know Bob is just as passionate about sims as his customers and it's good to know you are buying from someone who knows what he's talking about rather than just another salesman. A visit to their shop is well worth it just to see the flight sim cockpit he has setup in the rear of the shop!

I bought mine at www.provantage.com.

Aside from a small delay caused by a "supposed" problem with my credit card info, everything went smooth. Besides, I got the lowest advertised price at that time!!! :D

I'd have to recommend PC Aviator, both their US and Aussie sites.

I'm in Australia and I recently bought FS2004:COF Limited Edition from the US site (not available Oz) for a better price (including postage!) then I could get the boxed retail version here off the shelf! (good old rampaging Aussie dollar!). It arrived in under 5 days as well.

I also bought a TrackIR2 and LOMAC from the PC Aviator Aussie site. Arrived in 2 days, no hassles.

Both sell a good range of the CH gear at competetive prices.

US: http://www.pcaviator.com
Oz: http://www.pcaviator.com.au

Cheers. :)

Seconded. Provantage has CH stuff cheap, and they shipped mine out promptly.

I stumbled across this site while surfing for CH products, I am unsure what their service is like but I thought that their prices were very reasonable. http://www.headsetsetc.com/chhotaspackage.html

I recently picked up my Fighterstick and Prothrottle from mwave.com. They're an OEM Retailer that I've been dealing with for four years....And they stock the entire CH Products controller line.

I probably could've gotten both for slightly cheaper elsewhere. But I've been ecstatically happy with mwave.com. They're the *first* place I go to for all my upgrades and hardware.

As calculon mentioned, I've had very good experience with mwave.com. But I usually buy my flight sim gear from Flight Sim Central at : http://www.fscentral.com/fsc/
They've always given me great service.

I ordered my whole CH setup from these people and they had THE BEST SERVICE I have ever experienced.

The people were extremely friendly, VERY helpful, and bent over backwards to make me happy...I was VERY impressed!!!

For instance, I ordered the CH USB Setup Package (CH Fighterstick USB/CH Pro Throttle USB/CH Pro Pedals USB). They informed me the Pedals were arriving at their shop the next day at around 11am and they would mail me the whole package once the pedals were received. The next day I received a phone call stating that the pedals didn't show but tht they would be in Monday morning for sure. I was a little disappointed but was fine with it (the prices are great and the woman on the phone was honestly one of the nicest people I have ever spoken too...literally). She said hold on a second and put me on hold. She arrived a few moments later and told me that she would send the Fighterstick and Throttle that day (Friday) and the Pedals would follow on Monday (keep in mind I ordered everything 2nd Day Air). I live in California and this company is in Texas so there is a 2 hour difference IIRC and when I spoke to her it was around 1-2pm their time.

I figured, oh well, I'll just get my stuff Tuesday afternoon and my Pedals Wednesday Afternoon.....well......NO!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday morning around 10-11am I got a knock on the door from the FedEx guy and sure enough it was my Fighterstick and Throttle. As I opened the box I noticed the invoice and shipping fees. The shipping fees for a package this size and weight is quoted at around $67 for 2nd Day Air. I recived this stuff OVERNIGHT and was charged about $15...yep, you read that right! $15!!! I got my stuff twice as fast for 4X LESS!! All because my pedals did not show up on Friday!!!

My pedals showed up today, as expected for 2nd Day Air when shipped on Monday and AGAIN....only about $15 for shipping again!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

My apologies for the long drawn out post but the people at Headsetsetc are great and it is one quality establishment!!

Just got mine. Went through http://www.esscoaircraft.com/ and had no problems and shipped same day I ordered. I called before ordering and this nice lady answered first ring. Now that was unexpected but definately a good sign. ;)

Amazon.com was great for both the fighterstick USB and the throttle USB. Amazingly they didn't sell the pro pedals USB, so I went with one of their partners, proactive electronics.... a huge mistake.

I ordered the pedals on march 9th/2004, and just today got a shipping notification 10 days later. They also lied to me about shipping it earlier this week via USPS, as the notification I just received was for fedex.

Avoid proactive electronics at all costs.
