There is something amis with the "new" controller designation used in the sim.

I haven't seen any problems at all. Are you using a profile, or mapping the controls directly into LOMAC.

Sounds as tho it's a simillar problem I have with Jane's F/A 18 if I forget to load a .map. The PT acts as if it's the only controller attached or to be more specific USB#1. Have you got your controllers mapped as one device (CMDevice 1) or multiple (CMDevice 1, 2, 3...)?

Thanks for thequick reply guys, firstly I am useing Kevins Lockon profile and secondly the controlers are mapped individualy whereas before the patch the would be CM device 1,2,3 now they show as
CH Control Manager Device 16-1322-1-6668800
CH Control Manager Device 26-1322-1-7668800
CH Control Manager Device 36-1322-1-8668800
Even though I set the inividual axis for each controler, when I hit the fly button the Throttle stick over rides the Fighterstick roll/pitch axis!
This is getting to be a right pain in the ar$e gents, and it looks like someone else has the problem as well.

Well there's yer problem simbo, you've got to many devices connected! You can only have as many as 16 connected/use in Control Manager. Maybe one day Bob will get up to 36 but for now we're stuck with 16. :D
Okay all kidding aside, did you have the problem before the patch? The one thing that turned me off of LO-MAC early on was that it kept forgetting I had sticks attached and I'd have to re-assign each time I wanted to fly. IMO a real pain in the butt.
Perhaps a fresh install of the sim?

No problem before the patch Ghost ,but this is taken from the patch readme
* New joystick profile system is implemented. Now the player can use several joysticks of the same model. Each joystick configuration instance will have a unique file name.
I think this is causing the problem but don`t know why?

Sounds like their "New Joystick Profile System" isn't as B) as Control Manager ;) You know the ol' saying, "Garbage In-Garbage Out" I'm NOT saying LO-MAC is garbage, but, perhaps this new system needs tweeking and needs a patch too?

Check each device to make sure an axis isn't being duplicated in the other controllers. I have a combined install, but I need extra axis w/my TQ cuz there are no more left in Device 1. Lock On tends to assign pitch and roll in additional joysticks and it sounds to me like you have pitch and roll axis assigned to one of your other devices. This would explain why the stick seems to "stick". Sounds like one of the other devices is using an axis that's being used by your primary controller.

Lock On always does that. To get around that next time, save your Config and Input folders, you won't have to remap.
