Download challenges with CHCMv4.0.exe

Maybe it's just me but I can't download the new CHCM. Is there a problem with the link or my browser -- I've tried to access it from two differen't computers without success.

Also couldn't downloadcfrom CH but OK from ch-hanger.
Does CH know their download is porked ?
