Will he announce a split-throttle set-up ;) ? (If not, who cares about this being "the day" :D ?!)

Nothing quite as exciting as that :D Red Orchestra (http://www.redorchestragame.com/) is released via Steam today, I've got it pre-loaded ready to unlock when I get home from work.

Just in case anyone else is trying to play this and can't get it to start you will need to right click on the game title in Steam and select 'properties' then click on the 'Local Files' tab and select 'verify integrity of game cache' once that is complete you can download the remaining 20%.
I have to say this is a little annoying as the other Steam titles unlocked easily once you had preloaded, it was just a case of re-starting Steam to unlock and not this missing 20% nonsense.

Not enjoying this as much as I thought so far, will have to give it more time.

WHAT?
I LOVE it... so much realism :)
It's like the helicopters in Desert Combat, they are hard to fly (not like BFV or BF2) it takes a bit of practice to keep them in the air. But once you are in the groove it's all gravy.

Red Orchestra installed. Love the iron Sight guns, You actually have to concentrate on a shot beyond 200M.
Got all the settings jacked up Loving what the X1800Xt 512MB PCI Crossfire provides
