Hey everyone,
I just bought the Aeroworx B200. I can't get this thing to work w/TQ no matter what I try. Does anyone have a map for B200 that you could email me. Thanks for the help.

What is it not doing?
And I take it the Aeroworx B200 is an addon for MFS 2004?

Hi, yeah the Aeroworx is an add-on Super King Air 200. The problem I'm running into is with the power levers(throttles). The King Air TQ has the "idle" setting about half way up the axis. Behind idle is "beta" and finally "reverse". I've been trying to use FSUIPC to set the power levers, and no matter what I do, when I move the levers to "idle", the plane acts like its at 50% power which is incorrect. I have no experience w/mapping, so I'm reading the tutorial and trying to figure it out. I would like to map it so that idle is back at the detent, have a wide detent range for beta and still retain reverse capabilities. Is that doable? Could you give me some advice on doing so. I've attached a link so you can see what I mean. Thanks.

Did you try one of my Devices.cfg files that have Beta already programed to them?
You can find them here on the Hangar...
Check the last post in THIS THREAD (http://www.ch-hangar.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=2390&hl=devices\.cfg) and THIS THREAD (http://www.ch-hangar.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=1268&hl=devices\.cfg) has some more information if you like.

Lemmie know how you come out with Michaels config. I might be able to help, too.
I have my TQS working famously with FS but I also use a registered version of FSUIPC which makes things easier and allows me some other functionality.

Hope so... the TQS just plain rocks for FS when it's all configured correctly.

Hey guys,
Sorry for the delay. I've been out of town. I'm still not having much success. Obviously, I don't have something configured right. So where do I start????

Did you try my devices.cfg from the thread's I linked too?

Hey Mike,
Yes I did. Not much luck. But one question, you mentioned in that link to use the default.bat w/a clean version of FS. Does that I mean I should delete the FS9.cfg and boot up to get a fresh .cfg file? I haven't done that yet, that's why I'm clarifying what you mean by a clean version.
Also, is what I am asking feasible. In other words, is it possible to have the throttles on the screen line up with the idle when my TQ levers are at the detent?? Because right now, when I'm at the detent, I'm in beta, when I advance to match up the "idle" marks on the screen, I'm at 45%. Any thoughts?

My zip on ftp should have a copy of a default.cfg in it.

Hey Mike
Here are the throttle lines from my .ini file. Do these look right?
Throttle1=-16193,-16192,-16192,16192/8
Throttle2=-16193,-16192,-16192,16192/8
I've calibrated everything through control manager. But I still come up with these values

Ok... not that I want to spend your money... but if you are an FS junkie (you just spent $140 or so on a TQS so you must be close to junkie status) I reccommend registering FSUIPC. It makes all joystick calibration much simpler... among many other things.

That's the confusing thing. I do have a registered version. I have never had so many problems with any of my other planes. The 1900 works perfectly w/the TQ. For some reason, I can't get this King Air to cailbrate properly.
