Running CH CTRL MGR on other than Admin mode

How does one run CH CTRL MGR under an XP Pro account other than admin that doesnt have administrative rights

I am not sure you can unless you have run it under Admin mode enough to have Windows not run the "Found New Hardware" wizard when the user downloads a map.

doesnt find new hardware. But it says it cant write to the chmgr.ini

Give those users read/write privilages to the CH Products folder.
