Sorry, I don't have one, either, but if you should decide to create one on your own, I could offer to help you with scripting if needed: dunno whether it's the same in pt.2, but in pt.1 there was just a single "fire"-function and you had to switch to missiles first before launching one, then switch back to guns to fire these - if that's still the same in pt.2 I could write you a script to separate out "fire guns" at the trigger and "launch missile(s)" at e.g. button 2 (the thumb-button on top of the stick), including automatic switching to and fro. Just an offer...

I didn't spend much time with this, but I did use it and it's functional, IIRC. A JPEG describing the keymap is included.
