Opening up the TQ

I'm thinking about making a small mod to my Throttle Quadrant, but I'll be darned if I can't get the thing opened up! Is there a trick to this? I removed the three screws on the underside, but the housing was just as sturdy as when the screws were in.

You'll find some more under the rubber feet IIRC from taking my test unit apart, please remember you will invalidate your warranty by taking it apart.
