Unzip all the files in the zip file you downloaded to your C:\Program Files\CH Products\Control Manager\Maps directory (assuming you chose the default installation path for Control Manager) You get that error because you're trying to use the profile without the accompanying .cmc file thats why it's telling you it's not recognising that command in the profile.
