F/A-18 3.0 programming?

hey all! S!

i know it's an old sim, but still much fun for me. i used to have a little add-on app that allowed me to program all my f-16 combat stick buttons, and i want to find it again. tried many things in game, but unable to activate all my buttons and both hats.
