Hi!

I just inherited a USB Yoke LE and Pro Pedals and was wondering what seems to be a common button arrangement in FS9. (remember, I don't need brakes with the pedals)

It appears that most people do not like the trim wheel, so program the rockers to pitch and rudder trim. Gear and Flaps are on the 'pod'
I would think the trigger would be used for view change, leaving buttons 7/8 for use. Is that common? Or do most people program some sort of additional things into the buttons to keep off the keyboard as much as possible?

Thanks in advance for responses.

Here at the office I tend to program a great many things to the Yoke buttons but that is usually when I play IL-2 with a P-38. B)

When I am running (note I did not say "playing") a General Aviation sim I leave most of the default commands in MFS 2004 alone and use the keyboard (or when I am really lucky my Throttle Quad mock up  ).

It's really person preference. But if you want to program the buttons you can use the Assignments section in MFS 2004 or you can use the Control Manager and a CMC file.
