Cant run HOTAS as one "Virtual Device"

sorry just hooked up all my controllers( ProPedals/ ProThrottle/FighterStick), and then ran control manager (latest version) I can run disconnected or direct mode, but can't run the third ( and most important) mode. Also, i can only access mode 1....

what do i have to do?
