This is my IL-2 1946 profile which uses the Fighterstick, Throttle Quadrant, Pro Pedals and Multi Function Panel. The zip file includes a graphic for you to print out and lay under the key tray of the MFP so you can see what each button does. The commands writte in red on the graphic indicate that the red mode on the MFP must be used to access those commands. This profile also uses two .cms scripts. Each part of the .cms script has been commented in green text, the two scripts perform the following functions:

Part 1.
Allows each toe brake to operate as the aircrafts single brake by combining them into one CMS axis and assigning that axis depending on which brake is being depressed. This gives a feeling of having differential brakes even though Il-2/Pacific Fighters does not support individual left and right toe brakes.
Part 2.
This script utilises the new mouse position commands in Control Manager 4 and moves the mouse pointer to the top right side of the screen so that it is over the minimap when button 13 is pressed on the Fighterstick or button 17 on the MFP. IL-2 only allows you to zoom the map in with a mouse right click when the pointer is on the map so this script moves the pointer to the right location so that you can then press button 15 on the Fighterstick or button 18 on the MFP to zoom the map in without having to reach for the mouse. Once you press button 13 on the Fighterstick or button 17 on the MFP again to close the map the mouse pointer is then hidden in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. I play IL-2 in 1024x768 res, if you play in a different resolution you may want to alter the mouse co-ordinates.

I use this profile online so it contains Teamspeak commands and server commands that players can use on multiplayer servers powered by the Gennadich IL-2 Server Commander software which a lot of popular online servers use. This profile also has a number of commands not mapped by default in the game when you install so I've mapped them myself so you will need to map the commands in IL-2's options.

The commands I've added are:
