First, I want to thank everybody (particularily Michael) for all their help so far. I have been able to configure mHOTAS for both LOMAC and Desert COmbat successfully.

I'm pretty comfortable with the CH Manager now, the only interface I'm having trouble with it the rudder brakes and configuring them to work. You can brake by holding down the "w" key in the keyboard, and thus i was trying to figure out how to map the rudder pivot as such. Unfortunately I havent beenlucky enough to stumble upon the answer yet... (would love an explanation of the rudder pivot template.)

PS I would love to get the script to get the wheel brakes to work, but i have NO experience with scripting....

If you just want it to essentially hold down a key while you've got the pedal pressed, do this:

1. Select the brake you want to program.

2. Uncheck the DirectX Mode box to get to the Programmed Function screen.

3. Set it to "1" step.

4. Set the "Inc Key" to "w" (no qoutes).

5. set the "Dec Key" to "NULL" (no quotes).

6. Download the file.

That should hold down the "w" while the pedal is depressed.

If that won't do it, let me know why and we can try something else.

Did it for me Bob. Always does.

1. Select the brake you want to program.

2. Uncheck the DirectX Mode box to get to the Programmed Function screen.

3. Set it to "1" step.

4. Set the "Inc Key" to "whatever sim brake key is usually b,k,w" (no qoutes).

5. set the "Dec Key" to "NULL" (no quotes).

6. Download the file.
