Making the ministick on the Pro Throttle work as a mouse is a simple task. Load your profile that contains the Pro Throttle into Control Manager and follow these steps:
Select the Pro Throttle tab
Click on the ministick in the bottom of the GUI
Select 'Mouse' from the drop down menu, you may also want to select the X and then Y axis in the drop down menu below for each axis if it is not already set
Repeat point 3. after selecting the Y axis in the GUI
