I recently aquired a CH Fightrestick USB and was very impressed with the quality,
however, I am critical of the control when passing the centre axis positions, which I can only describe as 'hitting a trench in the road'. When handling fast light aircraft requiring delicate control particlarly landing, I consider that the transition point in the X and Y axis should be almost indiscernible to maintain effictive control. Interested in your comments.

I kind of like that distinct center position, even though I understand your point of view. But more important to me is the extraoridanry short deadzone that the stick is capable of and still handling the neutral position perfectly.

My 2 cents,
Abe

Our sticks do have a noticeable transition when moved past center but this is due to the gimble we use. If we had used a spring and bell housing you would not get the positive axis control that you get with our sticks. It is a trade off and for the significant portion of our users a good one. If however you think yours is more noticeable than it should be send me a PM and I can get you an RMA to return the unit for inspection/repair.
