Pro Throttle USB Calibration range 6-255

Just got Pro Throttle USB and cannot calibrate to full throttle of 110 % in IL2 FB. Throttle on old MS FFB stick goes to 110%. When I calibrate Pro Throttle USB the z-range is always 6 to 255. Is this a hardware, software or newbietoware problem? How do I set full throttle?

6-255 in the Raw Data display in the Control Manager test screen is fine. That's the value before the calibration data has fixed it up. Activate the map and then go into the calibration screen for "Control Manager Device 1". See what it shows for Raw Data there when you move the throttle slider, that's data what the sim is seeing.
