I have tried programming my CH Pro throttle and Fighterstick with the DOS boot, but for some reason the keys arent correct and I cant use any of the shift combo keys.
I'm about to give up and go buy a cheap USB system, but I absolutely hate twist sticks!

I programmed the buttons as Macros for lets say Toggle WEP but you cant input the f9 key in DOS.
For some reason my trigger wont fire the guns, I set it up as Macro input BF Hold until released.....nada

bnz1944,

I'll see what I can do for you. It might just be the way you are writting in the keys that is making it run bizzare. Also make sure you are not trying to plug both of the Fighterstick and throttle keyboard inputs at the same time.

bnz1944,

You also may wanna try looking at some of these templates from CH for examples on how to key your fighter stick ftp://ftp.chproducts.com/pub/Key%20Sets/F-16_Fighterstick/

and

ftp://ftp.chproducts.com/pub/Key%20Sets/Pro_Throttle/ for the prothrottle

bnz1944,

I added you to my AIM list B) Give those profiles a shot, just copy them to your bootdisk and see if they work ok for you. I havent used many of them from that list, but I think they do have some examples of macros for you.

I think I must be doing it wrong. I put in the boot disk and it gives me the choice to choose the fighterstick, or jcenter.
When I choose the stick it tries to open a PTC file instead of a fsw. It doesnt see the files on the disk.

bnz1944,

Are you using both the fighterstick and pro throttle when u play? If you are, you can only program the pro throttle and run the fighterstick as a standard 4 button joystick. Also, when you used the bootdisk installation, it is possible you may have the Prothrottle installation instead of the fighterstick installation, or worse there is a bug that I have overseen with the installation:( Either way, I am working on some updates for this whole bootdisk and I am currently putting together a new setup with mouse support and using FreeDos instead of MSDOS6.22 to keep Microsoft happy  If you are still having troubles, try the new bootsisk program I hope to finish tonight. :D
