I have a game that has no axis control options. I want to use my TQ to control the throttle etc. that holds a key to increase & another to decrease. Could someone give me a script for it please?
Thanks,

Hi bobd,
You might not need to script Uncheck the DX Mode box for the axis, then select "Up/Down". Fill in the boxes with the number of steps, up and down characters, etc. and see if that will do the trick for you.

Thanks Bob, I tried that first, & it was just OK. I thought a script would be more precise...yes?

Hi bobd,
Probably not. It would be locked to the character clock either way. If it's basically working though, try setting the value for "Character Rate" on the Program Settings tab down to 25 and see if that helps. When a game does that sort of thing, it usually just checks one time each frame and increases/decreases the value or not depending on whether the button is down. That will cut the key down time by 50% and if timing will help it will probably give you finer control and more steps.
Let me know what happens!
Best regards,
