Attached is my version of a complete map for CH HOTAS map for Ubisoft Silent Hunter 4, the latest sub sim (WWII).
FighterStick, ProThrottle, Pro Pedals.
It also includes a .cmc command file so you can map the game onto your own set of whatever CH USB controllers that you have, if you don't like the whole map.
New version 3 has better speed telegraphs using .cms script
