Please can someone try to explain why my throttle is having a mind of its on in this game?
I have assigned the Z axis to the throttle in the options but when i play, the throttle has a mind of its own and keeps slowing down by its self, i can watch the graphics move the stick back. If i then move the throttle up and down, things speed up only for a few seconds then the whole thing starts over.
The throttle works in others games ok and i have checked the movement in the Control Manager.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Go to the Control Assignments dialog in Flight Simulator and check all the Control Manager Devices (or CH devices if you're just using Direct Mode) and make sure that the throttle is ONLY assigned to the Z axis. FS by default tends to assign all the axes to all the controllers, and if you've got more than one controller assigned to the Z axis, FS will respond to the last one that moved. If you clear the assignments off those that you don't want to use, the problem usually goes away. Also, watch the Sensitivities in FS. It has a tendency to set them to zero sometimes. If you make an assignment with seems to come out okay in the assignment screen but then has no effect when you're flying, chances are the sensitivity has been reset to 0 percent.

Did you check the Sensitivities and Null Zones set to those AXIS in game? For the Toe Brakes and Engine Controls I recommend that the Sensitivity be all the way RIGHT and the Null Zone be set all the way LEFT.

Go into MFS and change the Sensitivity and Null Zone...
