Need dimensions of FS and PT Please.

Hi,
I am away at sea at the moment and thus i am unable to measure the bases of my FS and PT which are at home and I am constructing a set of arms to fit to my computer chair.

Could some kind soul please measure the base dimensions for me so I can cut a piece of aluminium to sit the FS and PT on?

I tried looking on the CH products site but I could not find and data.

I have measured from the four feet that both units sit on because I figured that this would be good since you seem to be building a sort of platform for them to sit on. I've also done it in cm because you are from the UK and I think you use metric there (I also suck at imperial measurements):

FS - 17cm front to back / 18.2 cm side to side
PT - 19.2 cm front to back / 15.3 cm side to side

In both cases at the front of the units there is a bit of cord that is limited in bending which sticks out about 2.5 cm. Not sure if that fact will be important or not but there you go. Good luck and safe voyage.

CH may have even more accurate measurements than I do because they have the technical drawings. It's the weekend so I thought I'd jump in to give you some numbers for you to at least start thinking and planning.

I work on an oil rig, but bad weather at the moment has stopped operations for a day or two so this means I can get in the workshop and knock some bits n bobs together.:thumbsup:
