I have the Force FX joystick und the Pro Throttle from CH Products, both via gameport.
It works fine with my old motherboard Asrock K7SXE with all functions, force feedback and Speedkeys included (Win Me, Audigy 2 ZS).
Now i have a new motherboard Abit NF7 rev 2.0 and the problem is that the z axis for the throttle will not be recognized in the joystick setup.
The i/o of the gameport is 0200-0207 (standard).
Do You have any ideas about that?

Are you still running Windows ME (aack..spit..spit ..spit....vile taste)?
Are you using the CH Analog drivers from our web site or the old ones fro the diskette/CD-ROM?

Yes, i'm still running Win ME :-)
The reputation of this OS is quite bad, but why?
It works on my computer with the newest hardware and software (Audigy 2 ZS, ATI 9800XT, 1GB Ram, 120GB HDD, ABIT NF7 rev 2 Board, AMD 3200 XP Barton and so on) without any problems and only a few bluescreens in a year (thanks to Norton System Works!).
It's very fast and safe and with e few hidden changes in the registry it works much better. So why a new OS like Win XP for a "home user" like me?
Anyway, i think i have the solution for my problem.
Thank Your for the hint about the drivers!
First i've tested the Pro Throttle with my F16 Fighter Stick (yes, i love Ch Products!)
and it works.
So i have uninstalled any driver and keys in the registry. Then i have installed the updated driver, new IForce serial driver for the Force FX included.
The solution is, in the system manager i must chose the Force FX serial driver with Throttle and in the joystick setup i must chose a joystick like the F16 Combat Stick, not the Force FX with Throttle Stick. Now it works fine with Speedkeys, Throttle and Force Feedback effects (Aquanox, Freespace 2 and so on).
By the way, sorry for my poor english, but i'm still working on it :-)
