This is my profile for Black Shark that incorporates a "hold" feature that makes the ingame trim less annoying.
The profile uses Fighterstick/prothrottle/rudders and has a command file that was generated from the Black Shark file "keyboard.lua". If you read the header comments you'll see that I've given anyone permission to edit and redistribute the profile as long as the headers reamin intact and credit is given to the original author (just add your details and note what you've changed so that people don't start asking me to fix stuff that someone else has done) .
The "homepage" for the profile is on the Virtual Australian Airforce wiki (http://vaaf.net/wiki2/index.php5?title=DCS:_Black_Shark). There you'll find details on how the scripting works and how to "port" the script to other profiles (as mentioned on the programming forum).
