Its been awhile & I'm old, so bear with me please.
Does it matter what order I plug in my USB Stuff.
Combat Stick, Pro Throttle, Pro Pedals.
Running WXP Home.
Do I need Control Mgr or is it easier to do in game (WB2004).
Do I calibrate in WXP or Control Mgr or Game ?
Thanks

Here you go...
1. It does not matter in which order you plug in the controllers. I plug them in from top to bottom.... stick, throttle, pedals.
2. You don't have to install the Control Manager, but later you will want to use the Control Manager's programming.
NOTE: If you do install the Control Manager on your Windows XP PC you will want to plug in your CH USB controllers BEFORE you install the Control Manager.
3. If you have the Control Manager installed then you only really want to calibrate in the CM (you will not be able to get to the Windows calibration routine once the CM is installed anyways).
Anything else? :)

Do I have to do anything with controllers in the game set up?
I'll use Control Mgr . I remember that it was better and easier than setting
up controllers in game.
Thanks

Depends on the game. List'em and I'll tell you how bad it is.

Cuber> Warbirds has a pretty good keymapper as does Aces High, WWII Online has quite a powerful keymapper but it's a little user unfriendly. I've owned a number of programmable sticks through the years and never used the in-game keymapper as it just does'nt give you the same kind of programmability that programs such as CH's Control Manager can offer. IMHO to use a CH rig without Control Manager is like having a Ferrari and driving it in first gear. There are so many things you can do with even a basic profile not to mention CMS once you get the hang of your controllers.
