I have been reading the online document and I think I got a little confuse what is the difference between the CMS file and the CMC file. And were do you put these files if you download someone’s profile? It may be staring me in the face but I missing it. I want to get into the programming part of the Hotas. I am also looking for any profile for Falcon4 SP3 that is also using a button or hat switch for communications online so far all the one’s I see online is not using it. If you know of one let me know.

Profiles can comprise of 1,2 or 3 files. Every profile wil lat least comprise of a .map file which tells Control Manager the layout of the commands, controllers used etc then you have the .cmc file which is like the Cougar's .tmm file which contains command macro's then for advanced profiles you'll find a .cms file which is where the CMS script is held which is a little like the Cougar's logical programming (cept better :P ) all these files go in your C:\Program Files\CH Products\Control Manager\Maps (or wherever you installed Control Manager) For help with .cmc files take a look at the FAQ on the main page of this site :salute:
