LOMAC Profile without Pro Throttle?

Has anyone made a template for a USB Fighterstick/USB Pro Pedals (no separate throttle) for LOMAC?

If you have I would love a copy of it.

If not can you steer me the right direction on how to do this? I see a lot of templates with the throttles. Could I take one of those and delete the throttle portion?

You can delete a device from an existing profile if you don't have it, that's one of the nice versatile features of the CH setup. I'm at work right now and don't have CM installed on my laptop but the button you want has a picture of a joystick on it with a red minus sign.
