Axis assign and map creation in MFS2004

Please help !

All of you are kindly asked to help me.

I have a new CH yoke and propedals USB and the prop & mixture control doesn't working.
As I was informed I have to assign my axis in MFS 2004 and have to make my map.
My problem is that as I am a very beginner at CH products programming I have no idea how to do the axis assign and map making.

If anyone can help with detailed discription please do it urgently.

Skip the Control Manager. For MFS 2004 you don't need the Control Manager.
