Rudder brake spring ratings

Hello,

I have recently finished modding some old gameport pedals. This included lengthening the rudder pedal shoes to better resemble an ME109 Gustav type. Unfortunately, this gives me a lot of leverage on the toe brakes and I've accidentally spun myself out landing and taking off.

What I need is a stronger spring in the heel of the rudder pedal.

Does anyone know the rating of this spring? It's only an inch or so long and quite strong. What is the rating for springs? Pounds per inch-diameter?

CH Products does not normally endorse modding its controllers as its easy for people to then complain that because "employee x from CH said I could" their warranty is invalid.
