I have tried to usee all profiles for LOMAC in this forum. And they all make my mouse go nuts. Basically once i download the profile (in Control Manager 3.0) and i get the download successful message my mouse pointer wants to run straight down the screen. Meaning: I can move my mouse anywhere but if it stands still the pointer will move in a straight line down my screen until it can't be seen. HELP! I love these profiles and would love to use them. I am using a logitech wireless set up for key board and mouse--the new one with rechargeable mouse

The problem may be that the profiles assign the mouse x and y axes to the ministick on your throttle. Once the profilees are downloaded, the ministick starts to act like your mouse. That's fine and all, but if your throttle is like mine, the ministick doesn't return to center without me putting it back. So, if I download a profile that's got the ministick set up as the mouse, the pointer takes off as soon as the profile is downloaded. It's easy enough to correct by manually centering the ministick, but to guard against this (in and outside of games), I usually set up a big dead band for the x and y mouse axes on the ministick. I find that I've got to use a deadband of about 30% to avoid this problem completely.

Get a really good calibration on the Pro Throttle BEFORE you download a map. Then set the Deadzone at 15 and ther Sensitivity at 90......

Then try small increases in the deadzone, maybe even try changing the Gain.

I agree with JNOV.

I had the same problem UNTIL I read this thread and set my Dead Zone (to 30%) for the "X" & "Y" axis on the mini stick as JNOV recomended. For now its seems to work GREAT. I don't have the "runaway mouse cursor" problem anymore.
